my career began in investment banking and funds management, in australia and london. in 2011, i started lending to companies undertaking research and development.

i love working with early-stage businesses trying to bring something new into the world. building that lending product in australia, then taking it to the uk and canada, showed me how the right funding can help those businesses grow.
